Patricia (Paddy) Hibbert has over 25 years of experience in human resources administration, including supervising large-scale recruitment initiatives and implementing employee retention programs, much of which she spent at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington. Paddy spent 13 years volunteering with the Mothers of Professional Basketball Players, (MPBP) Inc.

Cathy Watson presently serves as director of Quiet Storm Foundation, as well as Director of Volunteers for O.U.R. Mothers. Through this service organization, Cathy facilitates collaborations between community businesses, school districts, private stakeholders, and community service businesses on behalf of the foundation. Mrs. Watson is a native of the great Volunteer State of Tennessee.

Marie Henderson is the wife of retired NBA player Gerald Henderson, Sr. and the mother of Gerald Henderson, Jr., who recently retired. She is a realtor who is presently the Team Leader of the Marie Henderson Team and a member of Compass Real Estate's Sports and Entertainment Division. She has successfully worked with over 100 clients in this industry.
